1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover CodeRaider: this website, the Windows app and the service behind them. By using CodeRaider you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use it.

2. What CodeRaider does

CodeRaider is a Windows app that types codes into code locks in supported games by sending keyboard and mouse input on your PC, and keeps a shared list of tried codes for your raid group. It's in early access, so features can change and things can break.

3. Game rules and account bans

Using CodeRaider can get your game account suspended or banned.

Each game sets its own rules for third-party tools. Some, including Rust's, don't allow automation software, and a game's developer can suspend or ban accounts it believes used it. Servers can have their own rules too.

We can't prevent, predict or undo a ban, and a ban isn't grounds for a refund. Read the rules of each game and server you play on. Whether to use CodeRaider there is your decision and your responsibility.

4. Your account

• One account per person. Signing in on a second PC signs the first one out.
• Keep your login to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• While CodeRaider is invite-only, we decide who gets access and can limit it at any time.

5. Subscriptions and billing

• Payments are processed by Stripe. You choose at checkout: a pass is paid once and ends after the 7 or 30 days you bought, and is never charged again. A renewing plan renews automatically every week or month until you cancel.
• Buying a pass while you still have paid time adds its days after that time ends.
• You can cancel a renewing plan any time from your dashboard and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Because access starts right away, payments generally aren't refundable. If a technical problem we can't fix stops you from using CodeRaider, contact support and we'll work it out case by case.
• If prices change, we'll tell you before the change applies to your renewal.
• Question about a charge? Email support@coderaider.net before disputing it with your bank. We'll look into it and refund any charge made in error.

6. What you can't do

Don't share, sell or rent out your account; don't get around the one-PC limit or the subscription check; don't attack, overload or reverse engineer the service or its API; and don't use CodeRaider to break the law.

7. Not affiliated with any game

CodeRaider is independent. It isn't made, endorsed or supported by Facepunch Studios or any other game developer. Game names belong to their owners.

8. No warranty

CodeRaider is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that it will keep working after a game update, open any particular lock, or run without errors.

9. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost game accounts, items, bases or progress. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

10. Ending access

You can stop using CodeRaider and cancel at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or harm the service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll post the new version here with a new date. Using CodeRaider after that means you accept the update.
